JOB SUMMARY:


Responsible to build upon previous training/expertise to provide pharmaceutical care to diverse critical care patient populations in multiple healthcare environments and to be accountable for optimal drug therapy outcomes as members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Focus on critical care pharmacotherapy and patient populations in this PGY2 critical care pharmacy residency program.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of an accredited PGY1 pharmacy practice residency program or equivalent experience.

Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
