SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Patient Experience Concierge is an individual with strong customer service background who provides support to patients and families as well as care team members ensuring patients and families are informed, involved, and positively impacts the overall patient experience. This individual must discern between a complaint and a grievance per organizational policy and regulatory requirements, and will facilitate communication among team members as appropriate to prevent and resolve patient and family concerns, documenting cases and escalating to Patient Relations when necessary.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years related customer service experience.
