SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for Lymphedema patients to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. Demonstrates ability to treat and care for patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's Degree

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program

Must hold a PA license occupational therapy

BLS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

CLT certification preferred

Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a setting that included lymphedema therapy is preferred
