Nursing Professional Development - RN Registered Nurse - Nursing Education – Penn State Health Holy Spirit


The Nursing Professional Development Generalist- RN supports the quality of care provided to patients nursing staff through optimal orientation programs, ongoing evaluation of competence, and support of lifelong learning. Has in-depth nursing knowledge, clinical expertise, and knowledge of adult learning.


Responsible for planning, conducting needs assessment and evaluating orientation and staff development programs for nursing and clinical personnel.






Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)



Two (2) years RN Registered Nurse experience



Active RN Registered Nurse license in the state.

BLS required.
