SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Penn State Health Community Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join Andrews Patel Hematology / Oncology located in Camp Hill and Harrisburg. This individual will work in collaboration with other Physicians and APPs within the practice providing care to adult patients with a broad range of hem/onc diagnoses. The APP will support patients undergoing in-office treatment and may participate on the hospital rounding team. Prior hematology/oncology experience is preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Masters Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization required.
- Two (2) years' work experience as a RN required.
- Current licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Certification as an NP in the area of practice specialization is preferred.
