Supervise the activities of a team of Network Analysts and provide first-level management of network services and service-levels. Perform personnel actions (e.g., hire, fire, assignment to projects, performance appraisals) required for this team. Provide project oversight (guidance, mentoring and intervention where required) for the set of projects that the team's members are leading. Lead complex technical analysis and implementation efforts involving software, hardware, and network systems in LAN/WAN communications environments. Conduct feasibility studies on strategic and tactical plans and design of digital/analog networks. Evaluate network services and technologies for current and future network development. Perform on-site engineering and implementation when required. Coordinate with other Team Leaders for projects that cross multiple IRT teams. Meet budget goals and objectives.


Either: (a) Bachelor's degree plus six additional years of related experience or (b) ten years total of related experience
