SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Provides radiology scheduling support for all modalities supported by clinical operations. Deploys excellent customer service engagement skills by phone. Works with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of scheduling, patient intake, and registration. Routinely answers phone calls and assists with inquiries. Must be detail-oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Experience in a medical office, scheduling, reception, or customer service preferred. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 
  • Strong customer service background preferred.
