In conjunction with the Trauma Medical Director,  the RN Manager of the Trauma Program is responsible to manage, promote, evaluate and direct the day to day operations of the Trauma Program. Provide direction for total patient care in collaboration with the trauma team physicians, sub-specialists, nursing, and ancillary services.



Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Nursing required.

5 years of experience in emergency department, or critical care settings that includes the care of injured patients.

Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Examiners required



Demonstrated success in quality initiative required.

Care of the critically injured patient required.

Progressive leadership experience required.
