In conjunction with the Transplant Program Director, manages, promotes, evaluates and directs the day-to-day operations of the Transplant Program. Provides direction for organ transplant program in collaboration with the transplant team physicians, sub-specialists, nursing, and ancillary services.


Bachelor's Degree 

Five (5) years experience in allied health and/or hospital administration


Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Business Administration preferred. 

Experience in organ transplantation strongly preferred. 

Managerial and financial experience within a hospital setting preferred. 

Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and produce financial plans and reports preferred.
