Provides all operational leadership direction for three departments (Clinical Simulation Center, Resuscitation Sciences Training Center, and Standardized Patient Program) including personnel, budget/finance, quality, regulatory, inter-departmental communications, goal setting, operational and capital equipment review and acquisition, supply and inventory management, and communications and coordination with department director and leadership on strategic issues. Serves as an education and curriculum design resource for clients developing simulation-based education to include needs and task analyses, goal and objective setting, content development, and program/course evaluation and impact. 

This would be a great professional growth opportunity for a Master's prepared clinical head nurse or a Master's prepared nursing educator.


Master’s Degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required

Three (3) years of experience as a Healthcare provider with curriculum design experience required


Doctorate Degree preferred

Research experience preferred

Professional Healthcare credentials preferred (MD, DO, RN, CRNA, RRT, EMT-P, etc.) 

Society for Simulation Healthcare Simulation Educator preferred

Certified Simulation Operation Specialist preferred
