Responsible for management of data network services and voice systems infrastructure throughout the organization including planning, design, architecture, installation and maintenance in support of organizational information and communication systems. Prepares capital, project and operational budgets for leadership approval and determines resource allocation and prioritization based on organizational leadership direction, time line and resource availability. Directs the activities of team leads, engineers and analysts delivering technical services for data networking and voice systems.



Either (a) Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of progressive experience required or (b) 10 years of progressive IT experience required. 

Required experience must include a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role and a minimum of 3 years in network planning, analysis, operations, and voice telecommunications.

Must possess effective communication skills (listening, written & verbal) required.
Negotiation, problem solving and personnel management skills required.
Ability to facilitate complex change required.
Knowledge of the organization and relevant policies and procedures preferred.
