The Quality Review Nurse/Data Abstractor is responsible for reviewing and collecting data for various hospital databases and outside databases such as Catholic Health Initiatives, JCAHO and QSource(CMS). 


LPN certification or currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required. 

Active State LPN license or appropriate coding and/or abstraction education or current RN license required. 


18 months recent nursing and/or healthcare experience preferred. 

If chosen for this position, you may required to pass a Post Offer Employment Physical Exam in accordance with the measurements listed in the Work Task Analysis (WTA) report.
