SUMMARY:

Surgery Specialties is a busy surgical practice with a solid supportive team. This practice site handles high volume services which requires a wide knowledge base and solid communication skills

LOCATION:200 Campus Drive, Entrance 4 Suite 3100, Hershey

HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

WORK SCHEDULE:

Shifts include 7:00-3:30; 7:30–4:00; 8:00–4:30; 8:30–5:00 and are on a rotational basis. The closing shift is staffed until the last patient leaves and the closing duties are complete.

SPECIALTIES:

Colorectal/IBD, Urology, Pediatric Urology, General Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Bariatric, Endocrine, Trauma, and Transplant (kidney & liver).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma required.
Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current license to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
BLS required.
One (1) year experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to stand & sit constantly; walk frequently.
Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs. frequently; 11-50 lbs. occasionally.
Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs. frequently; 21-75 lbs. occasionally.
Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.
Able to use hands for simple/firm grasping.
