Penn State Health Medical Group Nyes Rd – Suite F is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team! Comprised of Family Medicine which includes a Sports Medicine Physician as well as a Pediatrician, the Nyes Rd – Suite F office sees on average 90 patients per day and operates on a weekday schedule from 6:30a to 5p (8-hour shifts). Occasional Saturdays clinics will also take place throughout the year.

The hired LPN will be expected to place patients in appointment room, take vitals, reconcile medications, and complete intake questionnaires. The LPN will also conduct Point-of-Care testing, administer vaccines and perform EKGs, practice phlebotomy, and assist with in-house procedures as needed. Clerical duties include completing prior authorizations, form completion, and overseeing patient e-message pool. Never a dull day as an LPN with Suite F!

The desired Licensed Practical Nurse will have experience working in a fast-paced office and have the ability to multitask. Being a flexible team player is also a plus! This office enjoys hosting several luncheons to celebrate staff for team building and has weekly food-trucks, so food enthusiasts will flourish with this office!

High School diploma required.

Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current license to practice in the state - of PA or eligible for licensure in PA required.

BLS required.

One (1) year experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred.


Able to stand & sit constantly; walk frequently.

Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs. frequently; 11-50 lbs. occasionally.

Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs. frequently; 21-75 lbs. occasionally.

Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.

Able to use hands for simple/firm grasping.
