Responsible for planning, developing, and executing the overall Penn State Health Medical Group management and leadership education and training programs for newly hired/promoted site leadership positions to include but not limited to supervisors (practice site managers, supervisory clinicians, and medical office supervisors), and available to consult to new outpatient directors, senior directors, and vice presidents. Maximizes and prioritizes use of content already available within Penn State Health, inclusive of the PSH Human Resource Learning and Leadership Development team, and online resources. Creates educational curricula, and content as needed. Serves as coach and mentor during the PSH defined probationary period (six months) months of each supervisor’s tenure (to be extended on an as needed basis). 


Bachelor’s Degree required. 

Five (5) years of experience in a practice site management 


Strong technology and systems experience 

Curriculum and educational content design experience
