SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for maintaining the daily material flow of hospital supplies from the warehouse to the end user location. This individual will safely and appropriately use proper equipment to drive/deliver specified materials/products. This role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring a high quality product with the right fit, form, and function are available at the end user stocking location. This role is required to engage regularly with department end users and act on specific material/supplies related feedback.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required.
2 years of demonstrated high performance within a logistics, materials, warehouse setting that is focused on quality of materials and inventory accuracy required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Ability to lift and maneuver boxes, weighing up to 50-100lbs,
Ability to operate equipment and vehicles, including pallet jacks.
Attention to detail in reading labels.
Requires basic arithmetic capabilities.
Strong listening skills and ability to process feedback.
Ability to suggest process changes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree preferred.
