SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for reviewing and maintaining optimal inventory levels within the hospital. This role supports the inventory specialists in resolving material availability challenges. This individual will safely and appropriately use proper equipment to drive/deliver specified materials/products. This role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring a high quality product with the right fit, form, and function are available at the end user stocking location. This role is required to engage regularly with department end users and act on specific material/supplies related feedback.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3 years of demonstrated high performance within an inventory planning and coordination function, including strong knowledge of logistics and materials in a warehouse setting that is focused on quality of materials and inventory accuracy.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Ability to analyze data.
Proficient in microsoft office programs.
Ability to lead and drive small scale projects
Ability to influence and guide non direct reports.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be focused on continuous improvement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
