Responsible for providing data analytical support to the Leadership in the Penn State Hershey Health System in the day-to-day activities required in all areas of planning & business development relative to developing, directing and communicating new or expanded clinical and business opportunities. Facilitates the development and maintenance of data collection, analysis, and reporting of internal data and external market and environmental data to assist leadership in making sound business decisions.




Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare Management or a related field required.

3 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Data Analysis or a related field required.

Analytical experience required.

Health planning or hospital experience required




Strong communication skills, analytical skills and understanding of the academic health environment required.

Proficient in Power Point and Excel required.

Practical knowledge of planning and business development and analysis techniques required.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure required.

Ability to adapt and respond to unexpected changes required.




MBA/MHA preferred.
