Graduate Nurse/RN – 4 Main – Medical/Surgical - Penn State Health Holy Spirit

4 Main is a 35 bed, Medical/Surgical unit, serving the adult population with medically acute diagnoses. We are the unit of choice for Plastic Surgery, Oncology, End of Life Care/Hospice care, general medical and general surgery overflow patients. We also specialize in geriatrics and have a 6-bed wing exclusively for our dementia patients.

This role offers an exceptional experience for new RN graduates to continue to learn and grow in their nursing career while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to a variety of patients. Graduate nurse residents are expected to commit to full-time employment for a year, as well as actively participate in all learning opportunities that are offered, including a year long Residency Program!


Graduate nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse with license to practice professional nursing in the state of Pennsylvania by start date.

BLS required prior to orientation completion.
