JOB SUMMARY:

 

Administer exercise and pharmacologic stress testing in the exercise labs at primary location and outreaches, including assessing the cardiovascular and metabolic effects of exercise on healthy, cardiac, or high-risk outpatients and inpatients, as well as, the determination of appropriate test and test termination.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Master's degree in exercise physiology or equivalent required

 

American College of Sports Medicine certification as an Exercise Specialist is required or to be obtained within two years of hire

 

Or

 

10 years of stress testing experience in lieu of the ACSM certification
