JOB SUMMARY:


Serves as an assistant to the Emergency Department RN and/or Physician in providing patient care in an Emergency Department setting. The Emergency Room Critical Care Technician will augment and perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties in order to help provide for the total needs of patients in the hospital facility

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or GED
Graduate of a credentialed Paramedic program
Current certification and registration as a Paramedic by the Pennsylvania Department of Health
Current American Heart Association "PALS" Required
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
