Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Training, Education, and Development Consultant shall work on the creation and sustained delivery of proactive educational initiatives focused on issues of diversity and inclusion, with a focus on unconscious bias and micro-aggressions. This position works with units throughout the Penn State Health system and College of Medicine, but has a scope that goes beyond the units, and thus, can work independently. The position will lead the development and implementation of an organization-wide training and development agenda to improve the overall cultural competence of the workforce.




Bachelor's Degree required in a related field supporting DEI efforts (e.g,. multicultural education, sociology, critical race and/or gender studies, disability studies, American studies, anthropology, public policy, etc.)

3-5 years of experience, creating, managing and delivering high quality, comprehensive training and education programs



Master's Degree

Experience in health care organization
