Responsible to work with the Senior Director Ambulatory Practice Site Operations, to align clinical operations with the strategic direction for the Community Practice Division. Provides ongoing daily operational support and/or oversight in all areas of assigned responsibility to include medical practices. Assists in the management of capital, human, and material resources. Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations of Practice Sites. Works with the Senior Director and the Regional/Service Line Medical Director to identify and coordinate new and existing service opportunities within the PSHCMG. Utilizes pertinent information and data in the development of policies, procedures and training to enhance service, quality and cost.


Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or a related field required.

Seven (7) years of related experience required.

Five (5) years of management responsibility required.


Must be a skilled communicator, with excellent leadership, management, financial analysis, operational analysis and computer problem solving skills.


Master's degree preferred.
