The Coordinator Materials position is responsible for purchasing all equipment and supplies and maintaining optimum inventory levels and controls. The Coordinator Materials position will offer support regarding missing orders, invoice matching and approvals, returns and other issues that may arise. Demonstrates the ability to problem solve independently.
Develop and maintain policies and procedure for inventory practice to enhance productivity and efficiencies.
Research manufacturer and vendor product information to obtain best pricing, financing and product warranties in order to meet company’s goals and objectives regarding growth and profitability.
Generate purchase orders for product.
Maintain accurate pricing of all products in the Brightree operating system.
Coordinate and conduct year end physical inventory.
Establish accurate PAR levels.
Utilize the Brightree system to its full capacity.
Serve at gatekeeper in Kronos.
Coordinate and serve as operational lead for consignment programs.
Responsible to generate, review and submit inventory reports for efficient overall company operations.
Responsible for other duties as deemed appropriate by management.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Post- Secondary education preferred.
2 years of HME Purchasing, Materials Management or Inventory Control experience preferred.
Strong organizational skill and multi-tasking is required.
Experience with Brightree preferred.
Driver's License Preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of Excel, Pivot Tables, Adhoc Reports preferred.
