JOB SUMMARY:

 

The RN/Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating the timely, efficient and effective movement of patients into, through and out of patient care systems. Serves as an expert professional nurse by assessing, planning, directing, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a designated group practice. Collaborates with professional colleagues to define, implement, and evaluate the patient's interdisciplinary care needs. This Clinical Coordinator position will help to facilitate care for the Medical/Oncology patient population.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Pennsylvania required.

 

Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.

 

Three (3) years of nursing experience required.
