SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for developing and leading the execution of marketing strategies for communications campaigns based on research, client input and system priorities for assigned programs and service lines. This includes identifying target audiences, establishing goals and measurement plans, tactical coordination, ensuring brand consistency, coordination/collaboration with content team, physician liaisons, events coordinators and call center, and reporting of results. 

This position partners with the assigned program-specific stakeholders and marketing team to manage the client relationship, and is responsible for collaborating on the creation, execution and adaptation, as needed, of assigned client annual marketing plans, including budget and budget oversight; implementation of and/or purchasing of market research; purchasing of paid media placements, including print, outdoor, radio, digital, etc., and setting timelines. This individual works closely with the Regional Liaison to ensure service line messaging and brand consistency across the region. This individual relays applicable market specific intelligence and opportunities, coordinates projects with other staff, establishes goals and objectives for project teams, and provides ongoing assessments of progress.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required 

3 to 5 years of relevant experience required, including development of marketing and communication campaigns/plans, budget preparation and oversight, timeline coordination, resource assessment/allocation, use of market research and assessment tools/resources, client management and strategic planning 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Strong interpersonal relationship skills 

Ability to interpret key business data and apply it to strategy 

Ability to lead group creative concepting and brainstorming 

Ability to oversee project management and coordinate work across multiple teams 

Ability to develop and analyze marketing campaign results and other consumer data and effectively communicate the details 

Ability to adapt marketing plans based on business intelligence, changes in the marketplace, or evolving trends in marketing practice
