SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for a variety of technical duties necessary to the acquisition of echocardiographic examinations and maintenance of the normal operation of the adult echocardiography laboratory.
Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range on their assigned clinical area.
Graduation from a formal training program in cardiac ultrasound with at least 6 months echocardiography experience required; or experienced Echo Tech work with at least two years prior experience required.
CCI or RDMS certification or eligibility for certification required.
