SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provides technical assistance to the physician during cardiac catheterization and other related procedures. Responsible for direct patient care during procedure and manages hemostasis post procedure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Graduation from an accredited Cardiovascular technology program and RCIS exam eligible.
Must obtain BLS and ACLS certifications within three (3) months from date of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
RCIS credentialed
