JOB SUMMARY:


Under direction from the Team Manager Revenue Support, this role is responsible for assisting with the daily activities and technical leadership within the Revenue Cycle Support team. Will work closely with the operations team to intake, evaluate, and execute support requests from the action request system. Will assist with monitoring the RC systems and alert appropriate personnel if they are not functioning and available within the agreed upon service level agreements.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.


2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:


Written & oral communication skills required.


Intermediate knowledge of complex database systems, revenue cycle reporting tools and best practice knowledge & skills required.

 

Familiarity with project management techniques required.


Operational support skills and knowledge of running & maintaining a complex database systems required.


Strong relationship management skills required.


Ability to understand business strategies and how to work with supporting technologies to enable the achievement of those strategies required.

 

Working knowledge with one or more Revenue Cycle software suites required.
