SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The RN Attending Nurse will provide direct patient care, administers medications, educates, collaborates, and counsels patients and families. The Registered Nurse assesses physical, psychosocial, and learning needs of patients and families. The Attending RN will serve as the professional nurse by assessing, planning, directing, practicing and evaluating patient care in a designated group practice.
This position will work in procedural environment and will be responsible for utilizing assessment skills for pre-procedure screenings for anesthesia, care of the patient in PRE, PROC ROOM and RECOVERY, candidates must possess current ACLS certification. This is a PRN role and hours will vary based on the need of the clinic and within the daily hours of operation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Associates' Degree in Nursing required
BSN required within four (4) years of hire
Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the State of employment
One (1) year of RN experience or two (2) years of LPN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
BSN preferred
