Responsible for assessing clinical, hospital and patient safety quality of care issues including internal review, investigation, and analysis; and follow up to assist in decreasing likelihood of reoccurrence. Responsible for reporting patient safety related incidents, events and infrastructure failures to external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.



Bachelors Degree required or higher educational clinical designation.

2 years of related patient safety, quality, or nursing experience required.


Strong analytical skills required

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.


Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse with by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners preferred
