Provides routine administrative support to staff physicians and other providers within Hematology/Oncology. Administrative Associate frequently partners with Division Chief, Medical Director, and providers to handle all administrative functions relating to outlook calendar support, reimbursements, provider call schedules, and other routine tasks assigned at the division and department level. This position will also help coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling and creating itineraries for fellowship recruitment efforts; this position will also be a team member in partnership with the fellowship Program Director and GME Coordinator.   • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Post high school education/training or equivalent knowledge required
  • Three (3) years related experience required


  • Microsoft Proficiency Level: Word: Intermediate; Excel: Intermediate; PowerPoint: Intermediate preferred
